Mentors, Advisors, Leaders and generally good folks are
encouraged to reach out and lend their brains and backs to MHC initiatives.
MHC has benefitted immensely over the years from the
guidance of CEOs leading defense companies, to contractors on the ground in the
'sandbox', special forces guys still playing, senior military leadership who
have been fantastic in their unwavering support. Much love to all who have helped MHC get this
far and stay on point.
Across the board from overall organizational management to
sharing great new ideas for projects, services and or products - however you'd
like to help out...reach out and let's get ya onboard.
One of the essential roles of the Advisory Group is to
oversee the allocation of microloans to active duty and veteran personnel for
business start ups. This will include
acting as a mentor and business coach, going over business plans in detail, 'tearing
them up' and spotting weak points, offering up solutions for success and
ensuring the plan is achievable as well as ensuring business plan budgets are
realistic and comprehensive. Then an
allocation from the MHC microloan pool of money will be determined. Ongoing coaching is required to get
especially first-time entrepreneurs across the finish line.
(Legal note: according to Canadian usury laws, (MHC is a Canadian company) private loans can be made as long as interest charges of less than 60% are applied. These microloans are principle only with no interest. In order to get the loan, these pioneering entrepreneurs must agree to work with MHC's Advisory Group and sign appropriate contracts.)

Some Advisory Group members will bring other skill sets and
experience to MHC that will compliment the business skills of some Advisors but
won’t be necessarily overseeing the microloans/business component.
