MHC develops and delivers specialized knowledge that changes lives.

MHC's is an expression of the passion of the Founder, Angela C. Benedict, a healing and recovery specialist, who has condensed decades of experience into days of training and supporting resources.  Through intensive research and lived experience of conquering the 'impossible' situation of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Reaction, Angela directs her grit, passion and vast knowledge to all those who work in the security realm as well as civilians.

1. The MBV Program.  The purchase of this signature program allows MHC to continue to provide information and resources to personnel worldwide including free training to organizations with limited budgets.

The MBV Program is available as a digital program allowing maximum access to any service member during deployment and to all active and veteran service members in any English speaking country.  Programs are sent out within 24 hours.  Sales are tracked by email address.  If for any reason the program does not arrive, a replacement will be sent asap at no cost.

Any questions about the MBV Program email here.
To get your copy of the MBV Program send a request here.  Payments of $252.00 CAD are made via e-transfer.  When you buy the MBV Program expect to receive a bonus audio program - V2.

"I would challenge you to evaluate and explore the MBV Program for Warriors to ensure that boots on the ground are empowered with the proper tools to survive and come home safely to their families."  Jeffrey Engel, Police Officer, New Jersey, USA.

2. Large Organization Implementation.  It is the directive of MHC to get as many personnel using the MBV Program as possible and this is done through sales to individuals as well as departments/units/organizations.  Other resources and training options are also available.

An individual has to find the time to work in their MBV Program initially as a training program that takes about 45 minutes to complete.  After the exercises are known and practiced, there will be no need to follow the program per se, but instead personnel can use what they have learned and develop their own daily practice using these techniques.

For an entire organization to standardize this program across all departments, there is a change management process that must be undertaken where the host organization works with MHC in partnership to determine any specific organizational needs, and to develop a roll out process that includes the responsibilities of the host organization and of MHC which is outlined in proposal form with MHC fees attached.

3. Organizational Assessments and Reports.  Many departments and organizations now have established wellness programming.  It is also true that many of the elements of this programming will not be getting desired results.  Sometimes "fresh eyes" on a situation is a helpful addition to what should be the ongoing, continuous improvement agenda of any wellness program including mental health and operational effectiveness programming from a more tactical stand point that includes breathing and visualization techniques for mission success.

MHC can assist in conducting an overall process evaluation, working with the host organization to develop a process for that evaluation to take place with clear reporting and communication plans which will be negotiated and outlined in a proposal with MHC fees attached.

For large scale implementation, evaluation and reporting contact MHC here.

4. In-class Training.  Although physical in-class training is cost prohibitive for many departments and is why the MBV Program was designed in the first place, some departments with budgets can work with other organizations to cost share to provide either physical training on the MBV Program and/or the TTSCT course.  More about these training options on the Resources Page.  For further information contact MHC here about training.

Before contacting MHC, have your information ready about group size, the name of the host organization, the location of the training, any special needs to be considered for injured personnel, the duration of the training desired, any particular topics that need to be worked into the course that are timely to the group, budget constraints, partner organizations or sponsors of the event, etc.

MHC will develop the best fit training experience for your group.

5. Speaking at your Event.  Sponsored events, military and law enforcement-oriented associations, veterans organizations, and even small groups of like-minded individuals forming up new collectives are looking for dynamic and informative guest speakers to rock their events and level up their audiences.  If you are looking for a specialist to speak at your next event, contact MHC to book MHC's Founder, Angela C. Benedict.

Speaking expenses will include an honorarium for Angela and coverage of her travel costs.

6. Personal Coaching.  Private and personalized coaching sessions can be booked to work directly with Angela C. Benedict.  No reporting to upper management, no feeling of being "in therapy", just an interesting and impactful conversation with a specialist who has years of research and training as well as lived experience all directed towards you and your growth, recovery, and uplift to a better place.

"I am no longer suicidal because of you."  C. M., former US Army, now North Carolina National Guard.

Private coaching sessions are $190.00 for two hours. Contact here to book sessions.

7. Civilians.  Generalized anxiety is a pandemic that many people suffer every day from.  As well as the resources available for MIL/LE/PMC and other emergency responders here on MHC, civilians can also benefit from Anxiety No More, a weekend long in-class seminar where specialized information and methods can be taught, received, practiced, corrected and integrated.  If you would like to attend, send your location so that you can be notified when an event comes to your area.

Costs will be determined and presented as best-fit depending on location and accommodations for the event.  Get your name on the list.

8. Mastermind Group for Tactical Commanders, Security Leaders and Top Tier Operators. Mission Success.  Results, Impact.  A select group of dialed-in people are your partners in this mastermind group lead by MHC Founder, Angela C. Benedict.

This is a six month commitment.  Delivered via skype, including guests and insights that are only understood by people who have developed themselves to the highest levels and now share those to level up others.

To be clear, a mastermind group is a ultra-exclusive, small group of 6-8 people who are lead by a thought-leader where participants also learn from the collective experience of the group.  It is a rare opportunity for networking and getting personalized help at the highest level with the exact people who can deliver the fastest and most proven systems and results.  People seek out mastermind groups who are looking for revolutionary level change.

To be part of this "dominum animum" (master mind) group the one time payment is $4995.00. This group will be scheduled once a month for six months.  If for some reason you can't attend a meeting send a buddy to take your place as there is no refund for meetings missed.  Sign up here.

Although the future of Combat will continue to evolve through both advantages and disadvantages, of declining public support for warfighting, through advances in simulation technologies, through the continuing output of catastrophic injury and 'invisible' injuries related to service, through global environmental, political and economic priority shifts - the one thing that remains the same through everything...

...is the power of and need to have mastery over the human mind.  This is where MHC excels.
